✨ Butterfly Effect Salon Booking Policy ✨ Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit goes toward your service total. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled one time only with at least 48 hours notice. After one reschedule, a new deposit will be required to book again. Cancellations Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. Late Policy Please arrive on time. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. No Call / No Show After one No call/no show, you will have to pay full price of service to rebook. Second No call/no show, you will not be allowed to book future appointments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. First no call no show results in paying in FULL for next appointment. Second no show, banned from booking
